We began in the year 2000 as a partnership between Eddie Marmol and David Brown.  Since then, it has grown to include other professionals and strategic partners that support our clients with domain-specific expertise, training, and coaching. MasterCoaches serves individuals and organizations in all corners of the globe, in both English and Spanish.

David Brown was a therapist for over 17 years. Eddie Marmol was a software engineer for over 15 years. Then these two very different people discovered a new field called coaching and their lives were changed forever. They sometimes look at it like they’re two halves of one brain. Together they bring a comprehensive spectrum of experience to the table, connected by overlapping core values and a passionate belief that developing people is the solution for many of the world’s problems. As people grow past “it’s all about me” through “it’s all about us” to “it’s all about what’s possible” they start to see a convergence of productivity, profit, purpose and satisfaction that translates into unsurpassed results. This applies to businesses, government agencies, relationships and virtually any human endeavor.

David and Eddie have chosen to focus on developing leaders who want to create companies on the cutting edge because they know it will be paid forward.
