Real-time issues don’t keep a schedule. You should never hesitate to call on us, and we’ll put in whatever time it takes to achieve our goals.

We take the time to understand your wants and needs, and the value that you want to derive. Interestingly, as a consequence of these in-depth conversations, the objectives you begin with will evolve as you achieve greater clarity. Most people in the coaching and consulting fields contract based on time: either the number of hours expected to be needed, or on a month-by-month basis, or on a fixed number of interactions. There are limitations inherent in that approach. For example, will you hesitate to call for support because of the added expense for additional calls? Is the problem worth an additional fee? What if the situation at hand calls for more time than allocated? What if the coach sees a need or opportunity to deliver more than was budgeted?
We don’t prescribe a cookie-cutter approach. Our proposals are relatively simple and custom-tailored to meet your needs. We don’t see our work together as a subcontractor relationship. Instead, it’s a collaborative process and a partnership for success.
