Working with MasterCoaches

There are many ways that we can help you achieve what you are most wanting. We list some here and we also encourage you to talk with us about your unique situation and what you want to accomplish. The following offerings may change from time to time to best support our community of learners.

There are many ways to get a piece of us.

Subscribe to our blog (complimentary)

Our blog highlights useful practices in areas such as effective communications, human relations, leadership, decision-making, influence, and awareness. Check out our blog.

Join our informal teleconferences (complimentary)

These last anywhere from 30-60 minutes, depending on who’s in attendance and the amount of interaction present. We typically discuss a recent blog posting, a thought-provoking TED video, a book we’re reading, or a new topic we’re learning about. Time permitting, there are opportunities for impromptu coaching within a group setting. Contact us with your desire to join.

Engage in One-On-One Coaching

Individualized one-on-one coaching is the perfect vehicle to achieve more quickly what you are most wanting. A conversation with a MasterCoach is unlike any that you’ve ever experienced. We listen at multiple levels and grasp not only what you’re telling us, but also the context and subtext that you’re possibly not aware of. We explore perspectives that you haven’t considered and give you new language to both see and profit from new opportunities.

We work one-on-one in a variety of settings. For example:

  • A senior leader in a large, global organization, who is being groomed for even greater responsibilities.
  • A business owner in a small or medium-sized firm who wants to re-invent her organization.
  • A professional or academician who is at a critical juncture in their personal or professional life.

We also work with teams and the collective organization in re-energizing the culture, creating greater alignment, eliminating unproductive behaviors, and instituting new practices that reinforce who the group declares itself to be.

What Our Clients Say...

“Eddie Marmol is the consummate professional with a very compassionate manner. He listens intently to his clients, he hears their words and he really gets the thoughts, feelings and sentiments under the words in order to flesh out what they really want to accomplish. He has a gift for planning and seeing how things can be and then guide his clients to achieving what they want. Anyone who works with Eddie will be so glad they did so. He is a rare gem, especially in executive coaching.”

Quote of the Day

“Warren Buffett, in a recent interview with CNBC, offers a solution to all this drama about the debt ceiling:
I could end the deficit in 5 minutes. You just pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re-election.”
