How To Create Great Places To Work

How To Create Great Places To Work

How To Create Great Places To Work

By at least two estimates, approximately 70% of workplaces in North America are not great places to work. We find this to be completely unacceptable and therefore want to do something about it. In reality, however, creating great places to work is not that difficult when we approach it holistically, by including a variety of perspectives. To this end, we’ve written a 12-page eBook that identifies four key perspectives or quadrants that must be attended to, simultaneously, in order to be in the top 30% of companies described as great places to work. These organizations enjoy such benefits as low turnover, higher financial returns, greater innovation, and ease in attracting top talent.

We invite you to download our eBook, “How To Create Great Places To Work,” and begin reaping the benefits of an extraordinary workplace.

What Our Clients Say...

“I can honestly say that what David taught me has totally changed my perspective on how organizations work, and how I can be effective in leading them through change. Given that’s pretty much what I do for a living, that’s a pretty big deal.”

Quote of the Day

“All of our artistic and religious traditions take equally great pains to inform us that we must never mistake a good career for good work. Life is a creative, intimate, unpredictable conversation if it is nothing else—and our life and our work are both the result of the way we hold that passionate conversation.”
--  David Whyte, in Crossing the Unknown Sea: Work as a Pilgrimage of Identity
