By at least two estimates, approximately 70% of workplaces in North America are not great places to work. We find this to be completely unacceptable and therefore want to do something about it. In reality, however, creating great places to work is not that difficult when we approach it holistically, by including a variety of perspectives. To this end, we’ve written a 12-page eBook that identifies four key perspectives or quadrants that must be attended to, simultaneously, in order to be in the top 30% of companies described as great places to work. These organizations enjoy such benefits as low turnover, higher financial returns, greater innovation, and ease in attracting top talent.
We invite you to download our eBook, “How To Create Great Places To Work,” and begin reaping the benefits of an extraordinary workplace.
