We’re all about creating great places to work. We began in the year 2000 as a partnership between Eddie Marmol and David Brown.  Since then, MasterCoaches has grown to include affiliated professionals and strategic partners that support our clients with domain-specific expertise, training, and coaching. Bonnie Flatt joined MasterCoaches in 2012 and brought with her years of experience as an executive coach and business leader.

Today, MasterCoaches is a triadic collaboration between Eddie, David, and Bonnie. Together, we serve executives, leaders, and organizations in all corners of the globe, in both English and Spanish.

We believe in respectful irreverence. The important work that leaders and organizations do in the world can be done from a place of irreverence and lightness, instead of it being burdensome. To this end, we use levity to describe ourselves as The Three Headed Knight Triad:

Eddie, David, and Bonnie

Eddie is a former engineer and project manager and an expert in synthesizing cultures and perspectives. He has strengths in bringing complex concepts into real world applications. David is a former psychotherapist with over 30 years in the people business, adept at getting to the heart of what moves people to actualize their potential. He’s able to get below the surface of the complex interactions between people and facilitate greater understanding, insight and communication. Bonnie is a former attorney who has been an executive compensation and professional services expert with leading professional services firms. She intimately understands the business systems nuts and bolts. Bonnie is brilliant at bridging people’s internal resources and essence with their external realities, possibilities and circumstances. We lovingly dedicate the MasterCoaches website to the memory of David Brown’s father, Larry. Larry Brown was the consummate coach. He once told David: “Relationship before business.” We have found this wisdom to stand the test of time and we therefore apply it in all of our interactions.
